Abstract

The invention discloses application of peripheral blood whole-blood long-chain non-coding RNA (Ribonucleic Acid) in diagnosis of depression and provides new application of LncRNA in peripheral blood in diagnosis of depression. Whole transcriptome sequencing is carried out on peripheral blood whole blood of depression and healthy subjects, differential expression LncRNA of the depression and the healthy subjects is analyzed, and then expanded sample verification is carried out through qRT-PCR (Quantitative Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction); and according to the application, the difference expression of the four LncRNAs (AL355075.4-201, AC136475.8-201, AC012076.1-201 and SPATA13-AS1-201) found by the invention in the peripheral blood whole blood of depression and healthy subjects is adopted as the peripheral biological molecular marker for depression diagnosis.
