Problems solved by technology

However, Tedirosin is poor in water solubility and cannot be administered through drinking water. For calves, their diet structure is mainly breast milk, and they can drink water at ordinary times, and the feed is only slowly exposed to food in the late lactation period. If Escherichia coli infection occurs and diarrhea symptoms occur, the way of drug administration is undoubtedly not as convenient as drinking water, but the defect of poor water solubility of Tedirosin has caused great obstacles to the promotion of the drug

Embodiment 1-10

[0031] In order to make the description concise, the weight composition of the Tedirosin nanoemulsion of the present invention described in Examples 1-10 is given in the form of a table below, as shown in Table 1 for details.

[0032] The weight composition of every 100g of the present invention in the embodiment 1-10 of table 1

[0033]

[0034] The preparation method of Tedirosin nanoemulsion described in embodiment 1-10, comprises the following steps:

[0035] (a) Mix dodecanal and isopropyl myristate evenly, heat to 45°C, add Tedirosin, and stir until completely dissolved to obtain an oil phase;

[0036] (b) Add polyoxyethylene lauryl ether and polyoxyethylene (60) hydrogenated castor oil to the oil phase, mix well, and maintain the temperature of the system at 45°C to obtain mixture 1;

[0037] (c) Mix glycerol and deionized water uniformly to obtain mixture 2;

[0038] (d) Add mixture 2 to mixture 1 for emulsification until the system becomes a uniform colorless or ...

Abstract

The invention relates to tildipirosin nanoemulsion. Every 100 g of the tildipirosin nano-emulsion comprises the following components by weight: 0.01 to 6.0 g of tildipirosin, 2.0 to 10.0 g of lauric aldehyde, 0.1 to 8.0 g of isopropyl myristate, 5.0 to 15.0 g of polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, 15.0 to 25.0 g of polyoxyethylene (60) hydrogenated castor oil, 1.0 to 8.0 g of glycerol and the balance of deionized water. The tildipirosin nanoemulsion disclosed by the invention is oil-in-water emulsion, is solid when the temperature is lower than or equal to 35 DEG C, and is liquid when the temperature is higher than 35 DEG C; and the drug emulsion droplet particle size is 10 to 60nm. The tildipirosin nanoemulsion solves the problem that tildipirosin is insoluble in water, can be clinically administered by drinking water, and is more convenient to use; pharmacological bioavailability is improved; and the tildipirosin nanoemulsion is good in safety, and can be used for preventing and treating the diarrheal disease caused by calf escherichia coli infection. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the tildipirosin nanoemulsion. The preparation method is high in process operability; the tildipirosin nanoemulsion can be produced by conventional veterinary medicine production equipment, the technology is easy to transform, and the market prospect is wide.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of veterinary medicines, and in particular relates to a tedirosin nanoemulsion and a preparation method thereof and its application in the prevention and treatment of calf Escherichia coli diarrhea. Background technique [0002] Calf Escherichia coli diarrhea is caused by pathogenic Escherichia coli infection. The pathogenic bacteria destroy the intestinal mucosa through endotoxin, exotoxin, invasion factor, cytotoxin, etc. The immune function of the calf is not yet fully developed. The upper rumen micro-ecological system has not been fully established, and the resistance to external E. coli infection is poor. Once infection occurs, diarrhea is easy to occur, and severe cases can lead to dehydration and death of calves. At present, Escherichia coli diarrhea has become one of the important diseases hindering the development of my country's cattle industry. In the prior art, gentamicin, streptomycin, amikacin,...
