Abstract

The invention discloses a CVQKD system based on a silicon photonic integrated chip. The CVQKD system comprises a light source processing part, a quantum key transmitting end, an optical fiber channel and a receiving end; wherein the light source processing part carries out coupling processing on signals emitted by a light source and distributes the signals. The quantum key transmitting end modulates, filters, demodulates and samples the signal light to generate a Gaussian key, and the Gaussian key is coupled and then transmitted to the quantum key receiving end through an optical fiber channel; the quantum key receiving end processes the optical signal output by the optical fiber channel and performs homodyne detection; and the quantum key transmitting end and the quantum key output end are integrated on the same silicon-based photon chip by using a silicon photon integration technology.
