Abstract

The multi-dose adjustable prefillable injection pen comprises a pen body, an injection push rod, a push rod sleeve, a clutch hub, an end limiting piece and a dose hub. The injection push rod is in threaded connection with the pen body. The push rod sleeve is in sliding fit with the injection push rod along the injection direction and can transmit a torque along the screwing-in direction of the injection push rod. The push rod sleeve is connected with the pen body through a first group of ratchet and pawl mechanism. The clutch hub is in sliding fit with the push rod sleeve along the injection direction. The dose hub is rotationally connected with the pen body through threads. Rotation between the clutch hub and the dose hub is limited through a clamping structure capable of being disengaged along the injection direction. The end limiting piece and the dose hub are supported through a supporting foot capable of elastic-deformation along the injection direction. The clamping structure can be pushed to be disengaged from connection by rotating the dose hub prior to elastic-deformation of supporting foot. The multi-dose adjustable prefillable injection pen can effectively solve problems of inconvenient operation and poor effect of dose adjustment in existing injection pens.
