The remote control computer is connected with an etalon and a second time interval counter; the etalon is connected with the second time interval counter through a second voltage frequency conversion module, and the second time interval counter is also connected with a second GPS common-view receiver; and data transmission is carried out between the field control computer and the remote control computer through a DataSocket communication technology.
