[0039] Below, use Figure 1 to Figure 7The "vehicle door glass breaking device 10 (hereinafter, referred to as breaking device 10)" according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described. In addition, the arrow FR shown suitably in each figure shows the front side of the vehicle 12 where the breaking device 10 is installed, the arrow UP shows the vehicle upper side, and the arrow LH shows the left side in the vehicle width direction.

[0040] Such as Figure 7 As shown, a vehicle 12 includes a vehicle body 14 , and a door opening (not shown) is provided on a side portion 16 of the vehicle body 14 . Further, the door opening is opened and closed by a slide door 18 that is slidably movable in the vehicle front-rear direction with respect to the vehicle body 14 .

[0041] The sliding door 18 is configured to include a “door glass 20 ” made of tempered glass and an unillustrated door frame that supports the door glass 20 . The door glass 20 is formed into ...

[0079] Below, use Figure 8 A "vehicle door glass breaking device 60 (hereinafter referred to as breaking device 60 )" according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. In addition, the same code|symbol is attached|subjected to the same component as 1st Embodiment mentioned above, and the description is abbreviate|omitted.

[0080] In the present embodiment, the destructive device 60 is characterized in that it includes a destructive member 68 in which the "guide portion 62", the "destructive portion 64" and the "regulating portion 66" are integrally molded from resin such as polycarbonate.

[0081] The guide portion 62 has basically the same structure as the guide portion 24, and the end portion 62A on the first side in the thickness direction passes through the “junction portion” formed by a urethane adhesive in a state of interposing the painted portion 22. 70 ″ is bonded to the inner surface 20A of the door glass 20 .

Abstract

A vehicle door glass breaking device includes a breaking portion including a pointed end portion configured to point towards an inner surface of a door glass; a guide portion configured to be disposed at the inner surface of the door glass, and guiding the breaking portion in a thickness direction of the door glass; and a restricting portion configured, in a case in which a pressing force, applied by a vehicle occupant to another end portion of the breaking portion, at an opposite side of the breaking portion from the pointed end portion, in a direction towards a side of the door glass, is equal to or greater than a predetermined magnitude, to permit displacement of the breaking portion towards the door glass, and in a case in which the pressing force is smaller than the predetermined magnitude, to restrict displacement of the breaking portion towards the door glass.

Description

technical field [0001] The present disclosure relates to a door glass breaking device for a vehicle. Background technique [0002] JP 2012-245952 A discloses an invention related to a vehicle door glass breaking device. In this vehicle door glass breaking device, a breaking rod is arranged on the vehicle door with its pointed tip facing the door glass surface. In addition, the breaking rod is connected to an operation lever provided on the vehicle inner side of the vehicle door via a link mechanism. Therefore, the occupant can move the breaking rod to break the door glass by operating the operating lever in an emergency. [0003] However, in the above publication, the operating lever and the breaking rod are connected via a link mechanism, and the input direction of the operating force from the occupant is opposite to the direction in which the breaking rod pierces the door glass. Therefore, there is room for improvement in that the input from the occupant is directly tra...
