Abstract

The invention discloses a method for identifying a pressure fluctuation signal caused by bubbles in a gas-solid fluidized bed. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a reference pressure signal and a contrast pressure signal in a fluidized state of a bed layer of the fluidized bed; respectively calculating a cross correlation coefficient between each single-layer pressure signal of the contrast pressure signal and each single-layer pressure signal of the reference pressure signal; determining a significant single-layer pressure signal related to the bubble movement according to the size of the cross correlation coefficient, performing contrast pressure signal reconstruction, and determining a contrast pressure signal caused by the bubble movement; and calculating the bubble size and the bubble movement speed by using the reconstructed contrast pressure signal. The method provides a thought for accurately analyzing the bubble movement behavior in the gas-solid fluidized bed, can reduce the misjudgment of the pressure signal caused by the bubbles, and improves the accuracy of bubble feature recognition in the bed layer.
