One end of an outer-layer hose is opened as an open end, and the other end of the outer-layer hose is closed as a closed end; an electrified wire is folded and divided into two sections, wherein one section of the electrified wire is coated with a magnetic shielding material, the other section of the electrified wire is not coated with the magnetic shielding material, and the middle folded part is arranged in the closed end of the outer-layer hose; and the ends of the electrified wire extend out of the opening end of the outer-layer hose and then are electrically connected with two electrodes of an external power supply to form a loop. The flexible catheter has good deflection performance, the deflection angle of the catheter is changed through the current of the wire under the condition that the external magnetic field is not changed, control over the posture of the flexible catheter is completed, or the deflection angle of the catheter is changed by changing the external magnetic field when the current of the wire is not changed; the deflection angle of the catheter can be changed by changing the current of the wire in the catheter and the external magnetic field at the same time; and in addition, the flexible catheter can be combined with other catheters without the characteristic to be used.
