Embodiment approach

[0013] figure 1 It is a structural diagram of the cryogenic distribution system concerning embodiment of this invention. figure 2 It is a figure which shows the refrigerated container 10 used for the low temperature distribution system concerning embodiment of this invention. image 3 It is a functional block diagram of the cryogenic distribution system concerning embodiment of this invention.

[0014] Such as Figure 1 ~ Figure 3 As shown, the low-temperature distribution system according to this embodiment is constituted by a refrigerated container 10 , an order management device 21 , a distribution management device 22 , a production management device 23 , and a server 24 . In addition, since the low-temperature distribution system may be in an environment where electric power cannot be received by the refrigerated container 10 , it is preferable to include the power generation device 7 .

Abstract

This low-temperature logistics system is provided with: an order management device for placing orders of goods requiring temperature management at a low temperature; a production management device that determines the volume of goods to be produced on the basis of ordering information received from the order management device; and a refrigerating container that has an outer shell formed by a heat insulation box, that includes a refrigeration device, and that can be loaded on / unloaded from a transportation vehicle. The refrigerating container is, after the produced goods are loaded therein, placed on the transportation vehicle and is to be delivered. While the refrigerating container is being transported on the transportation vehicle, power is supplied to the refrigerating container from a power source provided to the transportation vehicle.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a cryogenic logistics system using refrigerated containers. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, goods requiring temperature control at low temperatures (hereinafter referred to as low-temperature goods) such as processed foods have reached consumers via processing plants, low-temperature warehouses, stores, and the like. Furthermore, transportation vehicles such as trucks equipped with freezers are used for transportation of low-temperature goods (for example, refer to Patent Document 1). In addition, when low-temperature goods are moved by transportation vehicles at various points in the distribution route, they are reloaded with forklifts and the like. [0003] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-103794 [0004] Conventionally, when low-temperature cargo is transferred by a forklift or the like, the low-temperature cargo is exposed to normal temperature. Therefore, there is a p...
