The invention further provides a preformed VIP plate which comprises a core material, a first barrier and a second barrier, wherein the first barrier and the second barrier are oppositely arranged on the two sides of the core material in the thickness direction; wherein a part of the first barrier piece is pre-processed and concaved downwards to form a groove; the core material is completely or partially accommodated in the groove; the parts, except for the grooves, of the second blocking piece and the first blocking piece are sealed and attached to form a sealing edge extending in the circumferential direction of the core material; the first barrier piece and the second barrier piece are the barrier films.
