Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: determining the proportion of each mission profile of the aircraft and the environmental profile category of the aircraft; determining environmental parameters of the aircraft, wherein the environmental parameters comprise at least one of temperature, humidity, vibration and electric stress; and according to the proportion of each mission profile of the aircraft and the environmental parameters of the aircraft, obtaining the value of each environmental parameter under each environmental profile category of the aircraft within the single cycle test duration range, and taking the value as a reliability test profile under each environmental profile category.
