The beta-nicotinamide mononucleotide can enhance the mitochondrial NAD<+> by expression, and excessive NAD<+> can promote mitochondrial respiration, lower glycolysis and counteract Warburg metabolism liked by cancer cells. The increase of NAD<+> can also increase the activity of SIRT1 and SIRT6, and both inhibit tumors by down-regulating the beta-catenin signal and down-regulating glycolysis, so that the beta-nicotinamide mononucleotide can be used for preparing drugs for resisting osteosarcoma cell lines.
