Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method and application for preparing a black micro-arc oxidation film layer on the surface of an AZ91D magnesium alloy doped with rare earth salt and graphene. The preparation method mainly comprises the following steps that (1), the surface of a magnesium alloy matrix is polished through abrasive paper till the surface of the magnesium alloy matrix is smooth, and cleaning and oil removing are conducted through acetone; (2), the surface of the matrix is cleaned with deionized water, and blow-drying is conducted; and (3), a bipolar pulse power supply is adopted, and an adopted electrolyte formula comprises 5-15g / L of Na2SiO3, 1-10g / L of NaOH, 5-10g / L of EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid), 1-10g / L of KMnO4, 0-1g / L of La (NO3)3 and 0-1g / L of graphene; and proper electrical parameters and non-electrical parameters are adjusted, and the black micro-arc oxidation film layer is prepared on the surface of the metal matrix.
