The method comprises the steps of determining a first position coordinate of a current block in a first frame image and a second position coordinate of a matching block corresponding to the current block in a second frame image; constructing a motion model according to the first position coordinate and the second position coordinate, wherein the motion model is used for indicating a motion track of the current block relative to the matching block; according to the insertion position of a to-be-interpolated frame relative to the target frame image, determining a target moment, wherein the target frame image is the first frame image or the second frame image; and taking the target moment as an input parameter of the motion model, and determining the position of a to-be-interpolated block corresponding to the current block in the to-be-interpolated frame, wherein the first frame image and the second frame image are two adjacent frame images in a video to be processed, and the second frame image is located behind the first frame image.
