Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-dimensional urban bus operation service reliability evaluation method based on operation data. The method comprises the following steps: 1) selecting to-be-evaluated sample lines in a bus network; 2) collecting and preprocessing bus arrival data of the sample lines; 3) calculating urban bus operation service reliability, including arrival interval reliability based on stations, travel time reliability based on station intervals, bus operation service reliability based on travel stages and bus operation service reliability based on lines; and 4) based on a K-Means clustering method, grading the reliability of urban bus operation services. The method can meet requirements of multiple subjects for bus operation service reliability quantitative evaluation, and is suitable for large-scale, fine-grained and all-time bus operation service reliability evaluation of an urban bus network.
