Abstract

The invention discloses a special flushing fluid for pets and a preparation method thereof. The flushing fluid comprises the following components by concentration of 120-180 mmol / L of sodium ions, 5-15 mmol / L of potassium ions, 0.5-3 mmol / L of magnesium ions, 1-5 mmol / L of calcium ions, 10-40 mmol / L of acetate ions, 1-10 mmol / L of citrate ions, 1-10 mmol / L of EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid) ions, 0.05-0.15 wt% of polyhexamethylene biguanide salt, and 0.05-0.15 wt% of undecylenamide propyl betaine. The pH value of the special flushing fluid for pets is 6.8-8.0, and the osmotic pressure value of the special flushing fluid for pets is 260-350mOsm / kg. The components in the ratio have the functions of maintaining cell osmotic pressure and regulating the pH value balance of cell sap and the antibacterial function, promote the growth of pet wound cells and are beneficial to rapid healing of surgical wounds.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medicine, in particular to a washing liquid for pets and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Wound irrigation is a widely used therapeutic modality that plays an important role in wound management by hydrating wounds, removing deep-seated debris and assisting medical staff to better inspect wounds. Irrigation fluids remove cellular debris and surface microorganisms or residual topical medications and dressings. Wound irrigation cleans wounds more effectively than swabbing or soaking in a bath. [0003] Normal wound healing is divided into three phases: inflammatory phase, proliferative phase and epithelial phase, and these three phases are interrelated. During normal healing, infectious microorganisms, exogenous debris, and necrotic tissue are cleared during the inflammatory phase by the collective vascular and cellular response to trauma. However, an insufficient inflammatory r...
