The method comprises the steps: mounting longitudinal structural ribs, transverse structural ribs and reinforcing ribs; bending a steel bar structure into a four-shaped frame structure, bending two transverse edges into a first wrapping part and a second wrapping part which are sequentially arranged at the opening, and mounting a blocking strip on the first side edge; fixing the bottom of a positioning hoop shaped like the Chinese character 'ri' to the mounted lower-layer longitudinal structural ribs and transverse structural ribs; mounting the middle-buried rubber waterstop on the positioning hoop shaped like the Chinese character 'ri', crossing the two transverse edges, and clamping the strip-shaped rib of the middle-buried rubber waterstop through the first wrapping part and the second wrapping part; and fixing the top of the positioning hoop shaped like the Chinese character 'ri' and provided with the middle-buried rubber waterstop to the mounted upper-layer structural rib.
