Problems solved by technology

[0009] However, the above conventionally proposed rubber composition containing a rubber-like polymer having an ethylene structure and introducing a crosslinkable unsaturated group has the following problem: the molded article of the rubber composition undergoes cold flow and the shape is deformed. Easy to change; the rubber composition is thermally degraded during manufacturing, and the molding die is easy to contaminate; the rubber composition is easily peeled off from the briquette molding; the packaging sheet is not easy to adhere to the briquette molding

Embodiment

[0308] Hereinafter, the present embodiment will be described in more detail by giving specific examples and comparative examples, but the present embodiment is not limited to the following examples and comparative examples at all.

[0309] Various physical properties in Examples and Comparative Examples were measured by the methods shown below.

[0310] [Physical properties of rubber-like polymer (A) and rubber-like polymer (A) before hydrogenation]

[0311] (weight average molecular weight (Mw) of the rubber-like polymer (A) before hydrogenation)

[0312]The chromatogram was measured using a GPC measuring device connected to three columns using polystyrene-based gel as a filler, and the weight-average molecular weight of the rubber-like polymer before hydrogenation was determined based on a calibration curve obtained using standard polystyrene (Mw).

[0313] As an eluent, THF added with 5 mmol / L triethylamine was used.

[0314] As for the column, a guard column: "TSKguardc...

manufacture example 1

[0408] 1 liter of dried and purified cyclohexane was put into the reaction vessel replaced with nitrogen, 100 mmoles of bis(η5-cyclopentadiene)titanium dichloride was added, and the mixture containing trimethylaluminum was added while fully stirring. 200 mmol of n-hexane solution was reacted at room temperature for about 3 days to obtain a hydrogenation catalyst (TC-1).

manufacture example 2

[0410] 1 liter of dried and purified cyclohexane was put into the reaction vessel replaced with nitrogen, 100 mmoles of bis(η5-cyclopentadiene)titanium dichloride was added, and the mixture containing trimethylaluminum was added while fully stirring. 300 mmol of n-hexane solution was reacted at room temperature for about 3 days to obtain a hydrogenation catalyst (TC-2).

Abstract

The present invention relates to a briquette molded body of a rubber composition, a method for producing the briquette molded body, a rubber composition for crosslinking, and a tread for a tire. The purpose of the present invention is to obtain the briquette molded body of the rubber composition which is not susceptible to cold flow and is not susceptible to heat-resistant deterioration. The briquette molded body of the rubber composition contains a rubbery polymer (A) having an iodine number of 10-250, an ethylene structure of not less than 3% by mass, and a vinyl aromatic monomer block of less than 10% by mass; and aluminum (B), the content of aluminum (B) being greater than or equal to 2 ppm and less than or equal to 200 ppm.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a briquette of a rubber composition, a method for producing a briquette, a rubber composition for crosslinking, and a tire tread. Background technique [0002] In recent years, in the field of tire treads, sheets, films, and rubber materials for asphalt modification, for the purpose of improving mechanical strength and compression set, it has been proposed to contain an ethylene structure and introduce a cross-linkable unsaturated group. A rubber composition of a rubber-like polymer (for example, see Patent Documents 1 to 3).
