By arranging the rainwater storage pond, rainwater firstly enters the rainwater storage pond through the ground rainwater opening, when rainfall is small, the rainwater is stored in the pond, and after standing is conducted for a period of time and sediment is deposited, the stored water is pumped out through a water pump and used for green land irrigation or road surface spraying water; and when rainfall is heavy and the liquid level sensor senses that accumulated water reaches the set highest liquid level, the controller controls the electric valve to be opened, the rainwater enters a rainwater pipeline to be drained out, it is guaranteed that the rainwater is drained smoothly, and regulation, storage and recycling of the rainwater are achieved.
