A parking lot system (1) comprises: an entry location (3); an exit location (5); a space (6), unmanned conveyance vehicles (21); and a management device that controls the unmanned conveyance vehicles. The management device sets, in the space, parking lots (7, 9), a first passage (11), and a second passage (13). The first passage is from the entry location to the exit location. The second passage is from the exit location to the entry location. The management device comprises a conveyance control unit and a movement control unit. The conveyance control unit uses the unmanned conveyance vehicle to convey a vehicle to the parking lot, and to convey the vehicle to the exit location.
