The method comprises the following steps of acquiring an echo data volume of the synthetic aperture radar and a speed value of a vehicle, determining a sub-image sequence according to the speed value and the echo data volume, determining a sub-image set to be superposed according to the sub-image sequence, wherein the to-be-superposed sub-image set comprises at least one to-be-superposed sub-image subset, the to-be-superposed sub-image subset comprises all sub-images between a first sub-image in the sub-image sequence and a target sub-image in the sub-image sequence, and the arrangement sequence number of the target sub-image is greater than or equal to a preset image number, and performing coherence superposition on the sub-images in the to-be-superposed sub-image subset based on a preset image number to obtain each frame of synthetic aperture radar image. Firstly, sub-images with low resolution are obtained through echo data volume and speed value, and a synthetic aperture radar image with high resolution is obtained according to the sub-images.
