Abstract

An attaching device and a complex-surface attaching intermediary are provided. The complex-surface attaching intermediary includes a frame, a buffering assembly movably assembled to the frame, and a flexible sheet that is assembled to the frame and the buffering assembly. The flexible sheet includes a bonding region, a first fixing region, and a second fixing region, the latter two of which are respectively located at two opposite sides of the bonding region. The first fixing region is fixed to the buffering assembly. The second fixing region is fixed to the frame. When the flexible sheet is compressed to increase a tension value thereof to reach a predetermined starting value, the first fixing region is moved toward the bonding region by an amount of displacement through the buffering assembly. Accordingly, the flexible sheet can generate te same amount of displacement through the first fixing region to avoid a situation that the flexible sheet is stretched to exceed a tension value threshold and is damaged.
