Abstract

The invention provides a remote sensing monitoring method for the growth period of crops in a plastic greenhouse and electronic equipment. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a remote sensing image of the plastic greenhouse where the crops are located; performing object feature extraction based on the remote sensing image; wherein the object features comprise spectral features, shape features and texture features; inputting the spectral features, the shape features and the texture features into a preset crop growth period classification model; wherein the crop growth period classification model is obtained by training spectral features, shape features and texture features of different ground features; and judging a crop growth period condition based on a prediction result of the crop growth period classification model. The invention is used for overcoming the defect that time and labor are wasted due to the fact that a traditional manual survey mode is used for monitoring growing period information of crops in a greenhouse in the prior art, preliminary prediction of the marketing time of agricultural commercial crops in a regional range is facilitated, and then economic benefits of the agricultural commercial crops are maximized.
