Provided are a method for service collaboration between network element equipments and a network element equipment, the method comprises the steps that a first network element equipment receiving a service request, the service request indicating that network element equipments in a network element equipment cluster all execute a service indicated by the service request; according to a device role,the first network element equipment synchronizes the service request to the network element equipment in the cluster. When the first network element equipment is the main equipment, the service request is preprocessed, and the preprocessed service request is synchronized. According to the embodiment of the invention, the service request is sent to one network element equipment in the network element equipment cluster, and the network element equipment synchronizes the service request to other network element equipments in the cluster, so that the purpose that the network element equipments in the cluster execute services according to the service request is achieved.
