Abstract

The device comprises a vertical pipe, a plurality of flow guide components and a fitting component, each flow guide part comprises a flow guide block and a plurality of flow guide short plates, and the flow guide short plates are arranged on the periphery of the outer ring of the flow guide block at intervals; the inner ring of the flow guide block is rotatably connected to the periphery of the outer ring of the attaching component in a sleeving manner; the inner ring of the attaching component is elastically and fixedly connected with the periphery of the outer ring of the vertical pipe. Due to the fact that the flow guide block can rotate around the vertical pipe, the flow guide block can adapt to vibration of the vertical pipe caused by the flowing directions of ocean currents in different areas, and vortex-induced force borne in the ocean currents is subjected to self-adaptive rotating adjustment. The flow guide short plates and the flow guide blocks which are arranged at intervals are matched with each other, so that vortex-induced vibration generated when the vertical pipe resonates is well prevented.
