Abstract

The invention discloses a hydraulic system of an aeronautical part flushing machine. The system comprises a main oil tank used for providing an oil liquid required by flushing, an oil return tank, a flushing pipeline which is connected with the main oil tank and is used for performing surface flushing, inner cavity flushing and manual flushing on the flushing part after performing multi-stage filtration on the oil in the oil return tank, an oil return filtering pipeline which is sequentially connected with the oil receiving disc, the oil return filtering device and the oil return tank through pipelines, a constant-temperature unit which is connected with the main oil tank and used for adjusting the temperature of oil in the main oil tank, a distillation recovery device which is connected with the main oil tank and used for distilling and purifying the oil in the main oil tank and then enabling the oil to flow back to the main oil tank, and an oil liquid circulation loop which is connected between the main oil tank and the oil return tank through a square pipe. The system is used for providing a flushing medium for flushing of the aeronautical part flushing machine, the required flushing pressure is achieved, the medium temperature can be adjusted, the number of redundant substances in the medium can be effectively controlled, and a good flushing result is achieved.
