Abstract

The invention relates to a double-solid slow-release air purifying agent. The air purifying agent comprises gel and an auxiliary material bag which acts with the gel and enables the gel to release chlorine dioxide, and the gel comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of sodium carbonate, 10-12 parts of sodium chlorite, 1 part of sulfate, 72 parts of water and 8-10 parts of water-absorbent resin; and the auxiliary material bag comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 parts of calcium chloride, 2 parts of calcium oxide, 2 parts of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and 2 parts of sodium bicarbonate. When the purifying agent is used, the auxiliary material bag is unsealed, then contents in the auxiliary material bag are poured out to cover the gel, the two materials react to release chlorine dioxide, and the release process is limited by the barrier effect of the gel formed by the water-absorbent resin, so that the chlorine dioxide can be slowly released from the gel; and the calcium chloride and the calcium oxide release heat after absorbing water, so that the sodium chlorite decomposition reaction is accelerated. Compared with the prior art, the air purifying agent can slowly release chlorine dioxide gas, reaction starting is fast, and the effective service life is long.

Example Embodiment

[0032] Example 1:
[0033] (1) Take 1 part of sodium carbonate, 12 parts of sodium chlorite, and 1 part of sodium sulfate, add 72 parts of water to dissolve, add dropwise α-naphtholphthalein indicator to turn red, and then add 10 parts of polyethylene glycol to prepare gel;
[0034] (2) 2 parts of dried calcium chloride, 2 parts of calcium oxide, 2 parts of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and 2 parts of sodium bicarbonate are mixed evenly, sealed and packaged into an auxiliary material bag;
[0035] (3) Unseal the auxiliary material package during use, then pour out the contents of the auxiliary material package and cover the gel, and the two types of materials react to release chlorine dioxide, which is stably and slowly released in the gel. The sustained release rate of 100g of air purifier is 15-20mg/h, and gradually becomes colorless, indicating that the reaction of raw materials is completed.

Example Embodiment

[0036] Example 2:
[0037] (1) Take 1 part of sodium carbonate, 10 parts of sodium chlorite, and 1 part of magnesium sulfate, add 72 parts of water to dissolve, add dropwise bromothymol blue indicator to become blue, and then add 8 parts of sodium polyacrylate to prepare get the gel;
[0038] (2) 2 parts of dried calcium chloride, 2 parts of calcium oxide, 2 parts of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and 2 parts of sodium bicarbonate are mixed evenly, sealed and packaged into an auxiliary material bag;
[0039] (3) Unseal the auxiliary material package during use, then pour out the contents of the auxiliary material package and cover the gel, and the two types of materials react to release chlorine dioxide, which is stably and slowly released in the gel. The sustained release rate of 100g air purifier is 14-16mg/h, and the blue color gradually turns yellow, indicating that the raw material reaction is complete.

Example Embodiment

[0040] Example 3:
[0041] Compared with Example 1, most of them are the same, except that in this example, polyethylene glycol is changed to polyvinyl alcohol.
