The method and the device are used for accurately analyzing the shrinkage data of an open hole section of the injection-production string of a salt-cavern gas storage. The method comprises the steps: acquiring the initial diameter of a target tubular column and creep deformation data of a salt layer where the target tubular column is located,the target tubular column being a tubular column part composed of a salt layer stratum structure in an injection-production tubular column of the salt cavern gas storage; inputting the initial diameter and the creep data as input data into a theoretical calculation model to enable the model to calculate first shrinkage data of the target tubular column; acquiring the salt rock stratum burial depth, the salt rock stratum thickness and rock mechanics data of the salt stratum where the target pipe column is located; inputting the initial diameter, the salt rock stratum burial depth, the salt rock stratum thickness and rock mechanics data as input data into a numerical simulation model, and enabling the model to calculate second shrinkage data of the target tubular column; and in combination with the first shrinkage data and the second shrinkage data, determining target shrinkage data of the target tubular column, and outputting the target shrinkage data.
