The invention discloses a system and method for generating a biological assembly, and the method comprises the steps: employing an ultrasonic transducer array comprising a plurality of array elements which are arranged in an array, generating a plurality of focus point sound fields in a culture medium, forming different sound trap patterns, and combining with different sound traps according to a time proportion to form different composite sound trap patterns. The biological units such as organoids are subjected to the action of acoustic radiation force in the sound trap or the composite sound trap, so that fine control such as accurate selection, position movement, angle adjustment, directional arrangement and clamping assembly is carried out on the biological units, and a biological assembly with a complex arrangement structure can be constructed; the method is beneficial to exploring the action evolution mechanism between different types of biological units, and provides a nearly real model for studying the tissues or organs and case processes of human beings or other organisms.
