The combined type environment-friendly device comprises a preprocessing unit, an evaporating and concentrating unit, a biochemistry unit and a bipolar electrolysis processing unit, wherein the preprocessing unit, the evaporating and concentrating unit, the biochemistry unit and the bipolar electrolysis processing unit are connected with one another through a pipeline. PVA floating fillers where special efficient bacterium strains are attached are fixed in a biochemical pool, and the organic matter removing effect is enhanced through a timed on-line bacterium throwing system. The combined type environment-friendly device is an integrated device, and the wastewater treatment efficiency and the standard reaching effect are greatly improved when the MVR-bipolar electrolysis-biological enhancement technology is combined with a traditional wastewater treatment technology.

The invention relates to a biological-physical system for treating sewage containing nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and metabolin and a sewage treating method. The system comprises the following structure that a water outlet of a solid-liquid separator is communicated with a water inlet of an anaerobic-aerobic integrated bioreactor through a pipeline; a water outlet of the anaerobic-aerobic integrated bioreactor is communicated with a water inlet of a filter through a pipeline; and a water outlet of the filter is communicated with a water inlet of an ozone oxidation device through a pipeline. The solid-liquid separator is used for separating inorganic solid substances in the sewage; the anaerobic-aerobic integrated bioreactor is used for removing organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, metabolin and the like in the sewage; the filter is used for removing suspension solids in effluent of a biological unit; and an ozone oxidation unit is used for removing nonylphenol phenol-ethoxylate resided in the water. The system has the characteristics of simple operation and maintenance, high efficiency for removing pollutants, and the like, and avoids the discharge of the nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and metabolin thereof with estrogen effect to the natural world.
