Abstract

The invention discloses a novel appendix stent which comprises a stent body formed by printing a 3D degradable material in a personalized mode. The support body comprises a hollow strip-shaped structure, and a plurality of circular holes are evenly formed in the outer wall of the support body. The anti-falling assembly comprises an anti-falling piece I and an anti-falling piece II; and the support bodies are integrally arranged on the support body respectively. The wing-shaped structure comprises a first wing-shaped structure and a second wing-shaped structure which are arranged at the positions, close to the head end and the tail end, of the support body respectively. According to the novel appendix stent provided by the invention, the stent body formed by personalized printing of the 3D degradable material is arranged, so that the problem that the stent falls off can be effectively avoided, and in view of the degradability of the novel appendix stent, a child patient can be prevented from being subjected to a secondary colonoscopy appendix stent extraction operation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a novel appendix stent. Background technique [0002] In 2012, inspired by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in the treatment of acute suppurative cholangitis, Chinese scholars proposed a new minimally invasive endoscopic treatment for appendicitis—Endoscopic Retrograde Appendicitis Therapy (ERAT). , This technique uses the guide wire-catheter technique (Seldinger technique) with a transparent cap endoscope at the head end to intubate the appendix opening, decompress the lumen, angiography and adequate drainage, and then place a stent to fully drain the appendix cavity. Studies have shown that this technology has been maturely applied to the treatment of acute appendicitis in adults and has achieved good results. After ERAT treatment, related symptoms can be relieved immediately, and it has the characteristics of low incidence of complications and recurre...
