The method comprises the following steps: receiving information of a cell to which a frequency point swept by a frequency sweep module belongs; wherein the RSRP of the frequency point is greater than a preset threshold value, and the frequency sweeping module is located at the position of a target terminal; and under the condition that the information of the cell does not exist in the white list, determining the position of an interference base station according to the position of the frequency sweeping module.
