The invention discloses a traceability analysis method for a natural monomer fragrance raw material in flavoring essence. The traceability analysis method comprises the following steps: preparing a sample; performing LC-MS full scanning on the natural monomer perfume raw material to obtain a TIC diagram; determining characteristic parent ions of the natural monomer perfume raw material according to the TIC diagram; performing MRM parameter optimization, and determining MRM optimization parameters of characteristic parent ions of the natural monomer perfume raw materials; an MRM-IDA-EPI condition is established; establishing a natural monomer perfume raw material EPI spectrum library; and performing traceability analysis on the added essence, scanning the added essence sample by utilizing an MRM-IDA-EPI condition, performing qualitative analysis according to a self-established spectrum library in combination with an MRM optimization parameter, and performing semi-quantitative analysis according to a peak area of quantitative daughter ions obtained by the MRM. According to the traceability analysis method for the natural monomer perfume raw materials in the flavoring essence, effective characterization of the natural monomer perfume raw materials is achieved, and effective traceability is conducted on part of natural components in the flavoring essence by comparing the EPI secondary spectrogram.
