The multi-target stepping training walking pad comprises a hard pad, a thin film type pressure sensor array, an LED lamp strip layer and a transparent soft pad, and stepping training with various difficulties can be provided; the pressure sensing module and the communication module can judge the stepping accuracy according to pressure data, feed back objective training results, collect and store training data, optimize program setting of stepping training and maximize the treatment effect.
