The invention discloses siRNA (small interfering Ribonucleic Acid) targeting long-chain non-coding RNA (Ribonucleic Acid) HOXD-AS2 and application of the siRNA in liver cancer treatment. By designing and synthesizing HOXD-AS2 targeting siRNA and transfecting a hepatoma cell line with the HOXD-AS2 targeting siRNA, it is proved that proliferation, invasion and migration capacities of hepatoma cells can be significantly inhibited and hepatoma cell cycle arrest in the S phase can be induced by targeting inhibition of expression of HOXD-AS2 with siRNA. The invention provides a new target and an effective way for research and development of medicines for treating liver cancer.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biomedicine, in particular to a small interfering RNA (Small interfering RNA, siRNA) targeting long-chain non-coding RNA HOXD-AS2 (HOXDCluster Antisense RNA 2) and its application in the treatment of liver cancer. Background technique [0002] Liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system and the fourth most deadly tumor in the world, posing a serious threat to human health, especially in East Asia, Africa and Southern Europe. Due to the complex pathogenesis, hidden early course of disease, high morbidity, poor prognosis, high recurrence and high metastasis after surgery, especially the lack of effective early diagnosis methods and effective treatment methods, the mortality rate of patients remains high. At present, early surgical resection is the main and most effective treatment for liver cancer. However, most patients have advanced liver cancer when they are first diagnosed, whi...
