Abstract

The invention provides an injection molding machine capable of suppressing wear on a sliding surface of a link mechanism. An injection molding machine is provided with: a movable platen (120); a rear pressure plate (130); a link mechanism (150); a lubricant supply device (500) that supplies lubricant to at least one of a connection part (40) that connects the movable pressure plate and the links, a connection part that connects the links to each other, and a connection part that connects the rear pressure plate and the links; and a control unit (700) for controlling the lubricant supply device (500), in which at least one of the coupling parts (40) has: a bush (55); a connecting pin (50); supply paths (62, 63); and discharge paths (67, 68), the lubricant supply device (500) has a supply mechanism (502) and a discharge mechanism (70), and the control unit (700) executes a lubricant supply step in which the supply mechanism (502) is operated to supply lubricant to the bearing clearance (65) before a molding cycle step in which injection molding is performed when the stop time is longer than a threshold time.
