Abstract

A radio frequency pre-compensation linear circuit (10), comprising a triode (11), a control circuit (12), an input matching circuit (13) and an output matching circuit (14). The control circuit (12) is electrically connected to a control power supply which provides a control voltage through a control terminal (16). A resistance (26) and a coupling inductance (27) are circuit-connected to the control circuit (12) and the control terminal (16) to receive the control voltage. The control voltage is set on two varactor diodes (24, 25) of the control circuit (12) to generate a capacitance. The capacitance and the inductance generated by the inductance unit (20) of the control circuit (12) can generate a resonant frequency. The resonant frequency can thus be controlled and based on the center frequency of an RF input signal providing a signal to the input (31) of the RF predistortion linear circuit (10).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a radio frequency (Radio Frequency, RF) power amplifier, in particular to a circuit and a method for considering the linearization performance of the RF power amplifier in terms of power efficiency and distortion. Background technique [0002] Generally, radio frequency (RF) power amplifiers are used to amplify signals in wireless communication devices, such as two-way radios, mobile phones, and satellite radio transceivers. In these wireless communication devices, a battery pack is usually used to supply power. But battery packs have limited energy storage capabilities. In this way, the power consumption rate of the battery pack can be reduced through the improvement of the power efficiency, thereby reducing the power consumption and increasing the working time of the radio equipment. [0003] Typically, power in radio equipment is primarily consumed by RF power amplifiers. Therefore, increasing the efficiency of the amplif...
