An electronic device in which grounding can be achieved between a housing of the main body portion of the device and a slide tray attached to the housing so as to be withdrawn forward through an open surface of the housing. The device comprises: a sliding tray 3 carrying electrical components that need to conduct electricity relative to the main body; and a pop-up plate that is electrically connected to the conductive main part of the tray 6 and supported on the sliding tray to move back and forth.
