Embodiment Construction

[0027] according to figure 1 , the magnetic resonance system shown has a receiving circuit 1 . The receiving circuit 1 is arranged outside the shielding chamber 2 . A plurality of coil devices 3 are arranged in the shielding chamber 2 , and these coil devices are connected to the receiving circuit 1 via a common transmission cable 4 and associated connecting elements 5 . The transmission cable 4 is preferably designed as a coaxial cable. On the transmission cable 4 there is at least one shell trap 6 arranged between the coil arrangement 3 and the receiving circuit 1 .

[0028] According to FIG. 2 , each coil arrangement 3 has a coil 7 . The coil 7 may be a coil fixedly installed on the magnetic resonance equipment. However, the coil 7 is preferably designed as a local coil.

[0029] A preamplifier 8 is arranged downstream of the coil 7 . The output signal of the preamplifier 8 is passed to a frequency filter 9 . The output signal of the preamplified coil 7 , ie the magn...

Abstract

A coil arrangement for a magnetic resonance system has a resonator that is followed by a modulator with which a magnetic resonance signal of the resonator is modulated onto a carrier frequency. An infeed element follows the modulator with which that magnetic resonance signal modulated onto the carrier frequency is supplied into a single transmission cable. In a corresponding reception circuit, an analog-to-digital converter is preceded by a demodulator with which the magnetic resonance signal is demodulated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a coil arrangement for a magnetic resonance system with a coil, the magnetic resonance signals of which can be transmitted to a transmission cable. The invention also relates to a receiving circuit with an analog-to-digital converter, to which the magnetic resonance signal of the coil can be transmitted via a transmission cable. Finally, the invention also relates to a magnetic resonance system with these components. Background technique [0002] In magnetic resonance systems, a plurality of coil arrangements are often required for signal acquisition. For this purpose, each coil arrangement is connected to the receiving circuit via its own cable. In practice, this results in the laying of several cables, each of which additionally requires a shell trap. [0003] The solutions of the prior art are cumbersome, labor-intensive and expensive, and moreover prone to errors. Contents of the invention [0004] The technical probl...
