Abstract

A process for preparing the extract of ginkgo leaf includes such steps as pulverizing ginkgo leaves, immersing in alcohol, concentrating, depositing in wine, refining ginkgo flavone from supernatant by macroreticular resin method, refining ginkgo lactone from deposit by supercritical CO2 method, and proportionally mixing them together. Its advantages are low cost, high purity and stability, and high output rate (more than 80%).
