Abstract

The image data are inputted from an external PC to a LAN port or a USB port via a LAN or a USB, and image outputting is carried out to paper by a recording part. The input port which has an input time of the latest image data at the LAN port and the USB port stored in an input time storage part closer to a present time is made a priority port. Whether image data inputting from the priority port is present or not is monitored for a predetermined time. If the inputting of the image data is present, its recording processing is carried out at the recording part. Unless the image data inputting from the priority port is present within the predetermined time, the same processing is carried out by the input port different from the priority port. The inputting of the image data from the other input port is prohibited while the image data are inputted from one input port of the LAN port or the USB port.
