Abstract

A corrosion-resistant and anti-friction powder coating and its production are disclosed. The powder coating consists of base material, filler and coupler. Base material is chosen from thermoplastic polyamide resin, filler is carbon fibre and coupler is gamma-glycidol ether propyl-trimethylsilane for improving filler and base material compatibility. The process is carried out by spraying on metal part surface from flame spraying technology. It has no pores, excellent impact resistance, corrosion-resistant and anti-friction performances. It can be used for food machinery, papermaking machinery, propeller and petroleum and chemical containers.
