Abstract

A voltage generator includes a first booster and a second booster. The first voltage generator boosts the input voltage to generate a first boosted voltage applied to the load. The second booster generates a second boosted voltage that is applied to the load when the first boosted voltage is outside the critical range. When the first boosted voltage is applied to the load, the second boosted voltage is generated by the voltage generator. Therefore, the second boosted voltage can compensate the instability of the first boosted voltage.
