Abstract

This invention relates to a method for improving drive precision and reliability of common DC motor by simple encoder. It aims to improve distinctly drive precision and reliability of the motor of drive gearbox with low-cost elements and realize the control ability similarly to the servo motor, and reduces greatly the cost on single or dual axis solar tracking device for more competitiveness. Wherein, arranging a simple coder on the rotary axis of one slowing-down input end in gear box of the track device to output signal to drive controller of the motor; using the controller to compute the angle and circulate number, and computing the on-off time with the MPU or CPU instead of the control by common servo motor, finally achieving the object of improvement of drive precision and reliability of drive system.
