Abstract

A method for planning city electric network based on data envelope analysis includes setting up comprehensive evaluation index set of planned region, dividing planned region to be several sub-regions and selecting a typical one to carry out medium voltage distribution plan, collecting required data as per actual condition and selecting relevant index as input index and another relevant index as output index of data envelope analysis model, using Derfeil manner to carry out qualitative treatment on data and substituting data in DEA model for making decision as per super-efficiency value.
