The transmitting device includes a plurality of transmitters arranged different positions of the device for supporting, each transmitter (2) of at least a part of the plurality of transmitters is designed for being coupled with the receiver devices of the electrical plants (3) to receive electromagnetic monitoring signals (4) which comprises at least a data for representing detection of the electrical plants and data for representing positions or orientations associatedwith each transmitter.
