Based on WiMAX network structure, the invention also provides an access service network and its structure. In this invention, the interworking is carried out in the ASN inside or between two ASNs, without the participation of R3 tunnel and CSN, so it can reduce the load of R3 Tunnel and CSN. Furthermore, ASN in the invention can complete the interworking between two network nodes in the same network, the traffic no longer needs to transmitt through CSN, so the interworking delay is reduced effectively.
