Benefits of technology

"The present invention provides a driver's seat structure with receptacles for storing beverage vessels and ashtrays, which are conveniently located near the driver's hand. This allows the driver to easily use these items without leaving the seat. Additionally, the structure provides a holder for supporting the ashtray or beverage vessel, and a flexible rib to prevent movement caused by diameter differences between the holder and the vessel. The receptacles can be installed at various locations on the driver's seat, such as the console box or lateral panel. The invention improves workability and enhances the driver's cab space utilization."

Problems solved by technology

In the conventional art, since the cup holder 4 and the ashtray 2 are separately installed at different positions, the number of parts disadvantageously increases in the course of a driver's cab layout design and manufacture of equipment, so that the unit cost increases.
