Benefits of technology

"The present invention provides a refrigeration apparatus with a measurement hole for measuring temperature in a storage chamber without affecting the installation environment. The apparatus includes an insulating box body with a mechanical chamber and a measurement hole in the side wall of the insulating box body. The insulating box body is made of vacuum insulating panels and foam insulating material, which can be arranged without being influenced by the position of the measurement hole. The mechanical chamber can also have an openable / closable panel covering the measurement hole for improved appearance and operability. The invention allows for easy installation and improved efficiency of maintenance operation."

Problems solved by technology

Therefore, when the measurement hole is formed in the back surface of the storage chamber, the temperature sensor for recording is not easily inserted or detached.
However, according to such a constitution, when the refrigeration apparatus is installed, when the side surface of the insulating box body provided with the measurement hole is not installed with a predetermined dimension being left between the side surface and the wall of the laboratory or the like or the other apparatus, there is a problem that the measurement hole is not easily used.
In addition, to use the measurement hole, the refrigeration apparatus has to be installed with the predetermined dimension being left between the wall of the laboratory or the like or the other apparatus, and hence there is a problem that an area required for installing the refrigeration apparatus increases.

Abstract

An object is to provide a refrigeration apparatus capable of measuring a temperature in a storage chamber or the like by use of a measurement hole without influencing an installation environment. A refrigeration apparatus 1 of the present invention includes a low-temperature-side refrigerant circuit 38 constituted of a compressor 20, an evaporation pipe 62 and the like, a storage chamber 4 constituted in an insulating box body 2 is cooled to an extremely low temperature by the evaporation pipe 62, the refrigeration apparatus further includes a mechanical chamber 3 which is constituted by the side of the insulating box body 2 and in which the compressor 20 and the like are installed, and a measurement hole 19 communicating with the inside of the storage chamber 4 is constituted in the side wall of the insulating box body 2 on a mechanical chamber 3 side.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION[0001]The present invention relates to a refrigeration apparatus which includes a refrigeration circuit constituted of a compressor, an evaporator and the like and in which a storage chamber constituted in an insulating box body is cooled to an extremely low temperature by the evaporator.[0002]Heretofore, in a refrigeration apparatus which maintains an extremely low in-chamber temperature, a main body has been constituted of an insulating box body constituted by filling a space where an inner box is combined with an outer box with a foam insulating material. In a storage chamber formed in the insulating box body, an extremely low temperature space at, for example, −80° C. or less is formed by the refrigeration apparatus of, for example, a two-dimensional refrigeration system (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-73046).[0003]In general, the refrigeration apparatus which keeps the inside of the storage chamber at an extremely low temperature of ...
