While rubber washers are used to seal the open bolt holes at the bottom of water tanks, water leaking is a century-old issue for many do-it-yourselfers. This invention designed a water-tight bolt housing to seal off the bolt hole. This invention eliminates the water leaking problem around water tank mounting bolts.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION[0001]Two-piece toilet consists of a toilet bowl and a water tank. Water tank is traditionally mounted to the bowl by two bolts through two open holes at the bottom of a water tank. Rubber washers are used to seal off the bolt holes by the pressure applied by the bolts. However, water leakages around bolt holes occur very often due to improper installations and movements through the usages. For example, rocking motions caused by the back of a sitting person usually lead to loosening and tightening of the bolts, and thus result in temporary water leaking through the mounting holes.
